She worked in PwC, Astrum Capital, Ukrainian Private Equity Unibudinvest, International hotel operator FRHI, Swiss-American private equity firm Sterling Grace Group and several IT and CPA, e-commerce projects worldwide. 

Mikhail Miroshnichenko has been recognized as a top CEO in industry rankings. For example, he was named “CEO of the Year in the Wallet-as-a-Service Provider Industry” by European CEO Awards 2022, which highlights leaders across sectors including fintech and digital services.
Before founding Wallet Factory (around 2015–2016), Miroshnichenko co-founded and was involved in other fintech ventures including MobiPay Ukraine (one of the early mobile wallet initiatives) and Finovate Studio, a digital asset and fintech development company. He also has experience in multichannel retail finance and strategy from roles such as Chief Strategy Officer at FIDOBANK where he worked on payments, loyalty and consumer finance projects.

In the private sector, he delivered cross-border M&A transactions across CEE with EY, Midland Group UK, and Volwest Group. He holds an M.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics & Business from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA).

 She led digital transformation projects for numerous banks and cities of Ukraine. Her experienced includes automation of business processes for banks in Ukraine |ВРМS project (Camunda, IBM BPM, Creatio/bpm online), development or migration of ESB, implementation of Antifraud system and KYC, analytics & monitoring solution.

He founded Augmented Pixels Inc. in 2013, a Silicon Valley–area AI company building visual navigation and 3D mapping solutions for drones, robots, and AR systems - a business that successfully raised multiple rounds of funding and was acquired by Qualcomm in 2022, marking a notable exit in the AI/AR sector.

Beyond his startup success, Goncharuk has held influential public advisory roles, including Chairman of Ukraine’s Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee (2019–2022) under the Cabinet of Ministers, member of the AI committee at the Council of Europe, and advisor on innovation programs like Horizon Europe/EIC Accelerator. He has also been active in shaping AI strategy and governance, and speaks and writes on AI’s societal and defense applications.

A founder of Major Key (MK), partner of Unicorn Battles and Network VC Syndicate Fund, mentor and lecturer at ISE Corporate Accelerator, the jury of Nordic, Central European and Global Startup Awards.

Sergii specializes in venture building, startup acceleration, and scaling tech businesses, working closely with founders to develop products, refine business models, and prepare companies for investment and growth.

She also leads social media outreach for the Selfreliance Association, where she is dedicated to supporting Ukrainians who fled the war and are working to build their future in America.
Back in Ukraine, she built a career as a marketer with over 10 years of experience in marketing, social media, and client relations. She successfully developed communication strategies, managed brand promotion, and built strong partnerships with both local and international clients.
